SkillsFuture Credit is a scheme under the SkillsFuture initiative that seeks to encourage individuals to take ownership of their skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of SGD500 from January 2016. Your credit will not expire and the government will provide pepriodic top-ups, so you may accumulate your credit.

FAQs


  1. How do I apply for your SkillsFuture Credit-approved courses?
    STEP 1: Register with us HERE

    STEP 2: Log into your account at www.skillsfuture.sg/credit with your SingPass to submit your SkillsFuture credit claim.

    STEP 3: Click on “Submit a Claim” then click on “Select A Course” and enter the course title or course ID to refine your search.

    STEP 4: Enter “497” in the field, “Fees Payable By You” since this is the nett amount for each of our SkillsFuture courses. The amount of credit to be claimed is entirely determined by you.

    STEP 5: Select “Pay to Training Provider”.

    STEP 6: An email will be sent to you within 2 working days to verify your course registration and credit claim.

  2. Are the quoted course fees inclusive of GST?
    Yes.

  3. Are there group discounts?
    Well...of course!
    - 2 – 5 pax: $450 each
    - 6 – 9 pax: $420 each
    - 10 or more pax: $397 each
    Please inform us of the names of the participants in the “Comments/Remarks” box when you register for a course. Unfortunately, the discounts only apply to participants who attend the same course on the same date.

  4. Is there a cut-off date for course registration?
    You are allowed to make claims up to 60 days before the start of your registered course till the day of course commencement.

  5. Where would the courses be held?
    They would be conducted in a convenient location near an MRT station. More information will be provided upon registration.

  6. What is the class size for a course?
    Our maximum class size is 30 participants.

  7. If I have registered for a course, does this mean that it is confirmed that the course will run?
    Unfortunately, if the number of registered participants falls below 8, we would need to postpone the course to a later date.

  8. Can I use only a part of my SkillsFuture Credit to apply for your courses and use cash to pay for the remainder amount owed?
    Yes, certainly. Simply inform us in the “Comments/Remarks” box when you register for a course by stating the amount of credit you are claiming. You will then be required to pay the balance in cash or credit card on the actual course date.

  9. Can I postpone or cancel my attendance after I have registered for a course?
    Yes but please inform us at least 5 working days before the course start date at projects@right-impact.com with your name, contact number and the amount of credit claimed. If you choose to cancel your attendance, please remember to cancel your credit claim through the SkillsFuture portal.
