Dean is an Associate Trainer and Consultant of Right Impact. A highly motivated individual, he has a passion for training people to be the best that they can be. Having spent over 8 years in corporate training and development, Dean has gathered tremendous experience in many aspects of business, including sales, operations, logistics, product development, branding and organisational excellence.
Mostly a sought-after team building and change management expert, he has worked together with various companies to assist them in conflict management, overall staff motivation, improving workplace communication and relationships, and service transformation.
His facilitation and training experience extends beyond Singapore to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam as well as China. Some of the clients include government organisations like IE Singapore, Land Transport Authority, Ministry of Education, Singapore Armed Forces, Housing Development Board, Monetary Authority of Singapore and many more.
He has also facilitated groups from multi-national corporations such as Adidas, Swarovski, Schneider Electric, Great Eastern, Prudential, Manulife, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, BNP Paribas and DBS; and also has experience managing programmes from schools, universities and other private educational institutions.
Dean has a Master’s in Business Administration from SP Jain Centre of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University and a Diploma in Marine Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. He has conducted more than 1000 team building, leadership, change management, management training programmes over the past 6 years.
He is also a certified in Behavioural Profiling and is most knowledgeable in DISC and MBTI Profiling. He was also among a select group of individuals who were certified as Drum Circle Facilitators under Arthur Hull, an internationally renowned percussionist and founder of the Facilitated Drum Circle Community worldwide. Dean is also recognised for his ability to facilitate controversial subjects and is considered an expert in negotiation and conflict management. Dean has recently been certified in the STARt Reverse service transformation training programme as one of four facilitators in Asia.
Dean’s education and experience in the corporate sector allows him to connect very well with his audiences and make him appear friendly and approachable. His strong personality and humour allow him to command and maintain the attention of everyone in the room. Originally from India, Dean is well travelled, well read and can easily communicate with people of all races, ages, personalities and gender.
