Dianna is an Associate Trainer and Facilitator of Right Impact. Dianna has been designing and delivering corporate training programmes for the past 10 years. Her key competencies are in team development, accelerated learning and speedreading, leadership development, core values team alignment, communication skills, conflict management, personal development, stress and time management and public speaking.

Being a positive, enthusiastic and corporate trainer, she is highly sought-after; having conducted corporate learning programmes with major clients from a myriad of industries in both government and private sectors such as EDB, MAS, Mercer, BNP Paribas, Jurong Health, IDA, B Braun, Exxon Mobil, HBO Asia, Unity Technologies, Covidien Medical Group and CDC.

Dianna was personally trained by Harvard PhD, Geil Browning of Emergenetics International and certified in the Emergenetics Profiling Instrument. Dianna also trained under internationally renowned trainers, Bob Pike and Thiagi in their Train-the-Trainer Bootcamp and Interactive Training Strategies for Improving Performance courses. Dianna incorporates numerous neuroscience-based and creative training techniques in her training to enhance engagement, effectiveness, retention and application.

Academically, Dianna read Human Physiology and Biology, taking her honours in Human Physiology, specialising in Neuroscience research. Being in the top 5% of her cohort, she was handpicked for the Education Abroad Program in UCLA. She has extensive training experience, having led Eco-Conservation overseas trips, nature and Industrial field trips and conducted Life Science workshops in over 40 institutions. She has also completed the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) (Full), as awarded by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) of Singapore.
