This is why we have developed Mission to Mars.
…It’s the year 2059. Earth has become dangerous for humans.
The Planetary Government has decided on a bold mission: move everybody to Mars and start a new life. Your team has been appointed as Earth’s astronaut saviors.
With a ticking clock, limited resources and logic challenges, this digital team cooperation activity requires maximum collaboration amongst team members, necessary risk-taking and the ability to respond to a VUCA environment.
Virtual teams would be formed and be put to the test to successfully perform a task. This would be both an experiment and examination of a team’s ability to work effectively as a unit in a remote working environment.
Specifically, in this activity, teams will learn how to:
- Collaborate effectively by maximising resources
- Balance planning, risk-taking and continuous learning
- Keep the big picture in focus while taking care of all the important details
- Find joy in working together even in a remote environment
Sending people to Mars has never been harder…but are you ready for blast off?
