YVONNE SEAH
TRAINER / CONSULTANT

Yvonne has 15 years of working experience in the commercial sector, with her last assignment as Head, Corporate Communications and Research where her role includes designing printed publications and writing emails to announce company news, and preparing press releases.

Yvonne was a consultant and trainer for Han’s Café and Cake House in its Customer-Centric Initiative (CCI) program under the auspices of Spring Singapore. Yvonne is also an accredited trainer for Go the Extra Mile Service (GEMS), Employability Skills Set (ESS) program and Certified Service Professional program (CSP). She has trained thousands of participants in these programmes as well as in Leadership and People Management Modules.

Armed with a degree in English Language, Yvonne’s forte lies in Written Communication Skills training which includes Presentation Skills, Business Writing Skills and Report Writing Skills. These workshops she conducts are both interactive and driven to meet practical business needs.

Her clients include Goodwood Park Hotel, Bank of Tokyo, Asia Pacific Breweries, Hewlett Packard, National University Hospital, SATS, Singapore Power, Lasalle College of the Arts, Nanyang Technological University, United Overseas Bank and Vantage Automotive.

Yvonne is skilled in designing and delivering competency-based training programmes and assessment. She has also developed training materials for Workforce Skills Qualification Systems (WSQ) programmes.

A versatile bilingual trainer who is competent in oral and written Chinese, Yvonne can deliver training programs in both English and Mandarin.

Yvonne graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (with Merit), having completed double majors in English Language and Sociology. Other than being ACTA certified, she is also a certified Industry Trainer by ITE and has undergone training in the Trainer-Manager Program by SIM. She is also an Emergenetics Certified Associate.
